- Once registered, students are automatically assigned an SFSU ID number. Students will need this number when requesting transcripts or other information about their record. To look up your ID number, please go to: https://www.sfsu.edu/online/idlookup.htm
- You; will also need to set up a password prior to obtain a transcript: https://www.sfsu.edu/online/auth/reset.htm. This is a one-time procedure.
- To get unofficial or official transcripts, go to: http://www.sfsu.edu/~admisrec/reg/transc.html.
- Students; do not automatically receive a grade report at the conclusion of the course. It is their responsibility to request an unofficial or official transcript from the SFSU Registrar. Students may request official university transcripts by going online as mentioned above.
- A transcript listing a course completed for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) reads differently than a course for Academic Units. The "0.0" students see on their transcripts indicates that the course was not an academic credit course and therefore earned zero academic units.
- Transferability of SFSU academic units is at the discretion of the admitting college or university.
